A Brief DualLiner History

The product started from a story many people are all too familiar with. A sodfarmer had been driving in his fields when he was put in a situation where he slammed on his breaks. This sent all his equipment in the bed of his truck flying forward towards the cab. The equipment slammed right into the cab creating damage on both his truck and his equipment! The farmer saw the damage that can be caused when your truck bed isn’t protected on all sides and when your cargo can move around in the truck bed. So the farmer wanted to find a product that protects both his truck bed, the cargo in his bed, and prevents movement within the truck bed. Unfortunately, he couldn’t find a product that could do this. So what did he do? He made one himself!

In 2005 the product as patented as the product known today, DualLiner! In the following years many additions to the company were made to popularize it and perfect the product. In 2006 the company started its revamping with the owner and management working as a team to bring more knowledge of trucks. At this time DualLiner worked to branch out by working with other companies to distribute our products further than just the local Midwest region. The company broadened to working face-to-face with automotive businesses both local and chain businesses to help offer it to a variety of areas. DualLiner then decided to integrate themselves in various trade shows and truck accessory associations. This helped, again, getting this local business’ name out there so different areas of the country could see the great product we created.

Perfecting The Custom Fit Bed Liner

Company leaders then and now are deeply interested in the car and truck restoration and manufacturing processes. They wanted to educate while creating. With more popularity comes more responsibility as a business, and DualLiner did the best thing they could to get that product better and better each year. One of the final adjustments that came with the 2006 revamp was adjusting and reformulating the “custom fit” of the bedliner. More precise machining and tooling was done to create that literal custom fit bedliner that wraps around and tucks into the curves of the truck beds. They were and still are looking to push DualLiner as the most necessary product for businesses and leisure to keep both your cargo and truck bed protected. The DualLiner has been perfected to a clean, professional look that is simple for everyone to install, clean, and enjoy using no matter what the occasion.
